Flex Services
At Flex Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe great physical therapy starts with understanding you—not just your diagnosis. Your goals, lifestyle, activities, and the things you want to get back to all shape your plan of care.
Our approach is personal, individualized, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. You’ll work directly with your physical therapist, with treatment tailored to what your body needs and what matters most to you. Treatment sessions are 60 minutes and are 1 on 1 sessions between you and the therapist with no overlap.
We combine hands-on care, movement and strength training, education, and evidence-based treatment to address not only your symptoms, but the factors that may be contributing to them.
Whether your goal is recovering from a surgery, improving your balance, returning to a sport, navigating pregnancy or menopause, or simply moving through everyday life with more confidence, your goals are our goals.
MOVE BETTER. LIVE STRONGER.
Acute/Chronic Pain Relief
Back & Neck Pain
Back and neck pain can make everyday activities uncomfortable and limit the things you enjoy. We’ll identify the factors contributing to your pain and develop a personalized plan to improve mobility, strength, and function so you can get back to living comfortably.
Shoulder Pain
Shoulder pain can make reaching, lifting, sleeping, exercising, and even getting dressed difficult. Our individualized approach combines hands-on treatment and targeted exercise to restore strength, mobility, and confidence in your shoulder.
Knee Pain
Whether your knee pain comes from an injury, arthritis, or overuse, it can keep you from staying active. We focus on improving strength, mobility, and movement so you can return to the activities you love—from walking and exercising to golf and pickleball.
Hip Pain
Hip pain and stiffness can affect everything from walking and getting out of a chair to exercising and enjoying your favorite activities. We’ll work with you to improve mobility, build strength, and address the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.
Arthritis
Arthritis doesn’t have to mean giving up the activities you enjoy. Physical therapy can help reduce pain, improve joint mobility, build strength, and help you stay active and independent.
Strength & Conditioning
Changes in strength, mobility, or endurance can make everyday activities more difficult than they should be. We create individualized programs to help you build strength, improve movement, and maintain your independence.
We also create sport-specific strength and conditioning programs for younger athletes looking to improve their game in strength, speed, and overall performance.
Pre & Postpartum Pelvic Health
Supporting women through pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery with individualized care for pelvic floor dysfunction (bladder/bowel symptoms, heaviness, pain, etc), diastasis recti rehabilitation, rib flare weakness, and a safe return to exercise and the activities you love.

Helping women navigate the physical changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause, including pelvic floor dysfunction (bladder/bowel symptoms, heaviness, pain, etc), tissue changes & muscle atrophy, and other concerns that can impact comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
